Bit late to the party but my L830 speaker phone on W10M, doesn't work well either. Cuts out intermittently and frequently enough that it isn't really usable. Never tried to fix it as I have Bluetooth speaker phone system in the car and it works fine there.

Battery life might be bad at the beginning as all the synching goes on, but my Windows Phones all gained battery life after the first few days once everything settled down. HTH
