    Worried about Battery Aging

Same here except my SP3 is still going strong included the battery so no worries there.

    Absolutely love Timeline

I suppose like with any feature, it has to fit in one's workflow so it's not for everyone probably and that's fine ?????? About the performance thing... I using it on my old desktop and it's not quite affecting its performance... Honesty abides me to say it has 16gb ram and an ssd but a 2nd gen...

    Absolutely love Timeline

mtf1380 Since it's one of their headline features it will surely be part of Andromeda and whatever phone like efforts Microsoft will make.

    Absolutely love Timeline

Don't understand what's so broken... It's not perfect but my SP3 definitely is my tablet and I like it a lot...

    Absolutely love Timeline

I really use Timeline daily as well... I can't wait for Sets to be supported as well. Don't count on it coming to Windows 10 mobile though. Love it that they are bringing it to android though (now I won't make myself popular with this). It's nice you can add multiple accounts to it so I can...

Will you opt-out after the SCU hits?

Not opting out this time... I did so after the FCU. But got back in when Timeline was introduced. I have 2 devices : desktop on fast and my sp3 on skip ahead. I know I probably sign in again when a nice feature is released. Also I must say that the 2 or 3 builds I got on Skip Ahead weren't as...

Do I STILL need to buy my own Office Suite?

My advice : keep it. Keep work and home separate... I have Office 365 from school (work there), one for my side profession and a Home sub to provide the family with OneDrive, Skype and Office installs. It basically started when our camera upload became too big for free OneDrive. Office 365...

    SP in your lap

I use my SP3 quite often in my lap when I'm sitting in the couch in the evening. I like it.

101 uses for an abandoned Windows Mobile Device:

Because it's still a solid phone imho but let's not start that discussion again...

101 uses for an abandoned Windows Mobile Device:

My son is loving the 950 for taking pictures, Skype with the family, play some games,... I for one am about to switch from my S8 back to my 950xl to see how it goes. Love the amount of apps on android but that's just about it...

    Possible retrenchment from MS

No offense but it's astonishing how people tear down a company which has a proven track record on delivering services like Windows, Office, Xbox,... based on them canceling services... I wonder what people would have answered here when Groove wasn't canceled or this happened over half a year...

Which is better name if Microsoft have plan to release new window phone (surface or Lumia )

Wether it's Lumia or Surface, if there are no apps for people to use, it's a lost case imho... I love W10 on mobiles as an OS but the rest doesn't follow 😩

How do you use your Surface, as a Laptop or a Tablet?

For me it's about 45% desktop for webdevelopment and photography, 25% laptop when i'm about at clients and 30% tablet when I hit the couch. My sp3 i5 8gb replaced my desktop, laptop and tablet almost immediately and I don't regret it for a second. Next device will be Surface again for sure.

Upgrading from Lumia 930 to Lumia 950: Is it worth it ?!

I upgraded from a 930 to the 950XL... Loved the 930 really but iris scanner, awesome camera, custom mozo back covers and all are worth it... the only thing that was "downgraded" was build quality... not that the 950/950XL are crappy made but the 930 just felt more premium in the hand. Anyway, I...
