Sorry for the late reply. I got the hey Cortana setting to appear, but only when the language was in English US, not french. At that moment some settings were in English others in French, some sais Canada others said US. Both the phone and me were confused, laggy and Cortana's settings page...

Hi, can anyone confirm if Hey Cortana is supposed to work on this phone. If yes, can anyone confirm if Hey Cortana is supposed to work on this phone in the locale french canada. What are all the steps necessary to enable it. I don't see the check box.
