finally got my tracking number with UPS , ordered on 11/08

Just got a call from ATT inventory team (there was a case raised few days back against my order since there was no update), they told yellow is out of stock and the current number is 1226 in negative, so apparently it's gonna take another 3 weeks it seems, now the expected shipping date is Dec...

Nope, they don't

Anyone ordered on 11/08 evening got tracking details ?

Just spoke to one of the rep , first he told me that it's backordered, then he asked me to wait and checked in some other system and told that the status is in progress and will be shipped by tomorrow for sure, he also told me that they have few more yellow ones in stock

In past two days , totally 3 ATT CSR told me that they will check on the status and call me back at a fixed time but have not heard back even from one of them , even all of them were speaking very nicely

I spoke to a rep and she raised a case against the inventory team to check on why the status has not changed since I placed the order, which again is gonna take couple of days :( Now one more number to track

Mine was previously June 2013 which they changed it to 2 years now after upgrade

Once you get the order details call them again to see if they can provide you the charger , tell them they were suppose to add but missed it. For me they missed to add in the order, I called them again yesterday night and guess what the ATT rep I spoke to gave me the charger of phone...

BTW the color is yellow and free wireless charger is also included.
