Upgrade was not succesful. I send the phone to microsoft care and i received it back yesterday. It is now working correctly.

I have done a recovery to windows phone 8. The screen was working again. Now i am upgrading to windows phone 10 again.

Just tried a soft reset but it does not solve the problem. When sending the phone to microsoftcare are there cost involved or is it waranty. and if i send it where can i find the adres?

On my lumia 930 i have installed Windows 10 phone a while back. After the update it is not posible to use buttons on the top of the screen. For example the quick foto acces in the photo app cant be used, notifications can't be opend, menu in spotify does not work. I have waited several updates...

It says it is shipped but no estimated delivery. Must go to the Netherlands.

I also received a notification that my band 2 is shipped. It is send to me by DHL. Can't see when it will be deliverd. I orded directly in the MS store in the uk and i am living in the Netherlands.
