I just received an email stating my was shipped this morning via UPS. Tracking number given, but eta not showing just yet.

I chatted with online help on Microsoft.co.uk and they confirmed that the warehouse is handling the parcels. I should expect an email with UPS tracking number in the next hours. We'll see how this works...

EDIT UPDATE: 5 minutes later there's an email giving UPS tracking number / "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

Hi, I live in France and just got an email from UPS that my band is shipped from the MS Store. Got the tracking no but not in th system yet

Hi! I live in Germany and I ordered my Band to on the 28th of October from Amazon.co.uk. It was just dispatched to me. It seems not from the UK, but from an Amazon warehouse here in Germany. Amazon give me an estimated delivery date of 25 November. But I hope this is false, since I live in Cologne - 4th largest city in the country and there are a few Amazon warehouse locations near me. I hope I get it sooner. Will write again to share with you! I hope this helps somebody...

same here... order Okt 19th, got my confirmation yesterday that it will be delivered next Wednesday (Nov 25th)... living in Munich...

just checked the deliver details:
10:34 (yesterday, Nov 18th): parcel has been handed over to the carrier and is in transit; Versandzentrum DE
6:47 (today, Nov 19th): parcel arrived at a carrier facility; H?ckelhoven, DE with a Hermes tracking id...

MS Band 2 delivered in the Netherlands from MS-store UK! paired and working well! was ordered Okt 21.

Got mine and already agreed the return. I am slightly puzzled by the looks of it, but more importantly it runs way larger size than Band1. I ordered large and will have to move to medium. It is way too loose and I must close it almost totally to keep it wearable.

UPS just delivered mine. Two minutes out of the box and even though I've never found the original Band bulky or uncomfortable, first impressions are that the Band 2 is definitely a big improvement design wise. Charging, paired and waiting for update to complete, looking forward to trying it out.

If on MSFT UK, then use the help of the chat. It's way faster, easier and you can get advice when needed. My process was sorted in 5 mins including a phone call from them to verify the replacement payment.

You have to upload 2 documents, the order confirmation/invoice and the delivery note so you only get the Next button after uploading both documents.
