Can someone recommend an app to resize a photo to 1:1 aspect ratio? There are lots of options to crop, but I want to resize so I keep the full photo and add black bars so that the photo is 1:1. Thanks

This is the WIndows Phone section, you should post in WIndows 8 if you have an issue with a Windows 8 app. My outlook mail items push just fine to the stock Win 8 app on all my computers, no need to fetch.

I'm trying to find the best weather lockscreen and live tile app that actually update correctly. Amazing Weather HD is great, but after a day or two it stops updating no matter how many other background services you turn off.

Windows 8.1 works fine for me, firefox is your issue. use IE or chrome.
