Any weather lock screen apps that actually update?

I'm trying to find the best weather lockscreen and live tile app that actually update correctly. Amazing Weather HD is great, but after a day or two it stops updating no matter how many other background services you turn off.

Bing Weather

AccuWeather -Weather for Life (lol)

BUT you still have to open them occasionally and the report might be 30-45 minutes behind actual time. You have to never turn them off in background to get the most up to the "minute" (-/+ 30-45 min) report

accuweather has ads, and very poor live tile options (only medium tile with only the high and low temp, no forecast or current conditions). The lockscreen doesn't allow you to choose images or use the Bing daily image.

Bing Weather does not support lockscreen and the live tile functions are very limited (no backside, no options, no wide tile)
