No one can answer that other than the VPN provider. You need to ask them.

WP8 Autocorrect and suggestion still rules

I haven't been on for a while as I had the misfortune of having to switch to an iPhone some time ago. I still have a work-provided WP8 phone which I use daily, and it is still vastly superior to even the latest iOS word prediction capability. I do miss WP, the iPhone is still inferior in many...

    iOS. My move experience

Each to their own I suppose. Linux was never going to be in widespread use as a desktop OS as is, other than for techie types. Apple threw another layer on top so that made it more accessible to the masses. Ironically, Macs were always kind of useless in terms of app selection. If you went to...

    Is Windows Phone still usable?

Thanks for all the replies. I still have my 950XL so I don't need to buy a phone, and I still have my 640 in a drawer somewhere. I'm not worried about apps, I don't need much other than Asphalt8 and MS Authenticator. I don't do any banking on my phone. I have the iPhone 7 Plus which I was told...

    Is Windows Phone still usable?

I've been on an iPhone for a few months, but it really is a woeful piece of trash. Other than lots of apps it doesn't have much going for it. iOS is quite poor in many ways compared to WP, and it's sad to see a superior product lose to a weaker one. So is WP still functional? I miss it, but...

Did MS kill Win10 Mobile because it was afraid it would cannibalize Win10 Desktop sales?

No, I don't see that at all. MS killed it because it wasn't selling enough. The desktop market has been shrinking for a long time, and it will probably continue to do so with or without WM. MS has done a pretty good job of adjusting and keeping sales and profits up with things like Azure and...

    iOS. My move experience

I had to get a new phone after I had some problems with my 950XL. I've had an iPhone 7 Plus for about 6 weeks now and I'm really surprised what a piece of trash it is, I expected it to be a lot better. The app store is far better of course, but as far as usability and configurability (if that's...

Anyone Here on Release Preview? Wondering about available update

It says "Suspended domain. This account has been suspended. Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources". I guess they need to upgrade. BTW, Edge seems less terrible in this build. The phone still gets warm and the browser gets laggy after a while, but it doesn't...

Anyone Here on Release Preview? Wondering about available update

I'm currently on 15063.414 but I see there's an update available. It just says 2017-06 Update for Windows 10 1703 for arm-based Phone Device. Has anyone tried it out yet? What is the actual version number?

    Nowhere to change Yahoo password

Hey that worked. I went into the account settings via the web interface on a PC and deleted the phone login, which it refers to as "Mail and Calendar". After that I could not retrieve my email from my phone and it prompted me to fix my account. Clicked on that and it took me to a web interface...

    Nowhere to change Yahoo password

Actually there is in the web interface, good point. I'll try that. Thanks. Just for reference, here's two "Manage Accounts" screens compared. One has an option to change passwords, one doesn't.

    Nowhere to change Yahoo password

As I mentioned earlier, I changed my password via the website. Normally you would have to update your password on the phone to be able to get to your account after doing that. My phone is still able to retrieve my email despite the fact it is still configured with the old password.

    Nowhere to change Yahoo password

The strange thing is that I can still retrieve Yahoo email from my phone even though I haven't updated the password, which is a bit worrisome.

    Nowhere to change Yahoo password

Thanks for the reply. I've already changed my password online but can't find anywhere to change it on the phone. The option is there for my other accounts, just not Yahoo. It is still able to get my email so I don't know how that works. Seems weird.
