I want to tell me what i should fill in server name or Ip address,profile name and others so that my phone can be connected to VPN

What about use another vpn or proxy app?? I always use proxy app on my devices. I bought proxy on https://buy.fineproxy.org/eng/usa-proxy.html and got some pros. I did not need to install it on devices and internet speed is high.

No one can answer that other than the VPN provider. You need to ask them.
