@slyronit, how do you know that you are getting VoLTE on you Xiaomi?

I'm trying to share my LTE connection but as it is right now, I cannot. I'm on ATT family plan with tethering option ON. I can turn in ON alright (it shows 0/8 devices connected) but cannot connect a device. Tried different devices, changed the settings in the "Mobile hotspot" page but nothing...

I do not think that it is a driver issue because the "Photos" app showed the 950XL as connected with zero pictures ... Thank you for suggesting copying the files to external drive via the dock, that did it ...

How do you guys transfer files from 950XL to Mac? This should be very simple but i fail to see a way ... Plugged the USB cable and the Finder cannot see the phone, however the "Photos" app recognizes the phone but shows zero photos to import?! Weird!

This is partially correct. For VoLTE calls to happen only the sending phone needs to be VoLTE capable. If the receiving phone is not VolTE capable then the call can still happen over LTE. I own ATT enabled VoLTE phones and ATT feature (nonsmartphone) phones. When i call one of my feature phones...

This doesn't work for me because i have Cortana disabled and i do not intend to enable it. Microsoft has to realize that "quiet hours" has nothing to do with Cortana and take it out of there like other intuitive operating systems do. But thank you for pointing out ... I messed the icon ...

Thanks. I didn't liked it when They conditioned it with Cortana in WP8. If you turn off Cortana you loose "quiet hours". Now it seems worse ... They hid it inside Cortana. That is stupid. "Do not disturb" aka "quiet hours" in iOS and Android is not tied to stupidity ... Well, you can't win for...

I went to Settings>System>Display>"Size of text, apps and items on this display" and changed it to the lowest setting ... The display density increased so much that i'm loving it so much ... I used to torture and mod my android phones to achieve this ... WOW, Microsoft made this setting user...

So far so good. It ticks all of the items i care about ... Just the display is second class ... On white or light gray background i notice some red/green pixels ... Nowhere near as good as the one on the Note 5 that i'm replacing ... I think i'll keep it anyway ... Performance (lagginess)? Too...

Interesting ... I'm on AT&T and i get LTE on my 950XL. I didn't do anything special, just took the sim card from my old phone (Note 5) and placed it in 950XL and i got LTE after 10-15 min from power on ... Maybe is your sim card ...
