Hotspot not working

I'm trying to share my LTE connection but as it is right now, I cannot. I'm on ATT family plan with tethering option ON. I can turn in ON alright (it shows 0/8 devices connected) but cannot connect a device. Tried different devices, changed the settings in the "Mobile hotspot" page but nothing works. Tried reset with holding volume down and power button. No solution yet. Anybody came across this?

Hasn't worked since day one on my 950XL I ordered from Microsoft, either. Have no idea when this will work.

Tried mine several times today in latest Insider build. Been working fine using T-Mobile LTE. Even when phones goes to lock screen.

Have you tried it with normal stable build instead of Insider builds? If so, may wanna exchange it ASAP.

I'm on 10586.29 Non-Insider with 950XL dual SIM on AT&T. Mobile Hotspot isn't working for me. But it was once working back in November when I first bought the 950XL

doesn't at&t charge extra for hotspot?

mine works on tmobile, too

Try a different SIM from a different cell carrier to test it out.

no,work's great and free on my wife's 1520, and on my 920 prior to the 950XL
