    Yes, i have already added a MS account. I'll give it a try on soft reset, hope it works.

    I'm thinking about getting hard reset also, but wouldn't it make all my data gone (sms that haven't been back up?). But if there's no other way, than I have to let my sms gone.

    @phonohead : Yes, I can set them to backup, eventhough I never check whether it back up or not. @hamzie11 : Its original ROM. As long as I remember I only got 1 OTA update. detail on picture

    Hi all, I'm using lumia 920 and want to backup my sms. But unfortunately I can't slide the button on (as picture attach). It always back to left (off). What should I do?
