I'd get the Lumia 435 if you care more about the long term. With 1gb of ram Windows 10 mobile will likely run better on the Lumia 435 and it will have greater access to games/apps. If you want a better phone in the short term, keep the Lumia 635.

Remember to keep your hand still when taking a photo. The Lumia 640 is a bigger phone, so you may have trouble keeping your hand steady. I advise you to use a tripod. Your problems will disappear with this small suggestion.

Lumia 635 has a 4.5" screen I think. Not as small as you think. I thought it was that small when I used it, compared to my Lumia 1520 daily driver :)

Nah, I prefer my Lumia 1520. I welcome all new OEMs and flagships such as the the HTC one m8, but I personally prefer Lumia hardware.
