I havent read searched for the issue in back pages, but i believe being very slow to open and issue with deleting pictures in WM10 is known. I use L830.

I prefer the 950 XL, bigger, better back design

Has anyone encountered muted notifications on messages, mail and other apps like WhatsApp. Its like i have muted or set no sound on notifications for these apps. Did a hard reset, after Installation from 8.1. L830

I have the same problem L830, i tried hard reset but it didn't help. So don't bother with the hard rest

i have the same problem for messaging, whatsapp and outlook mail, though the tiles show notifications

Try to change storage of apps to phone instead of sd card, then try to update again
