Is it "on" but flashing? As far as I can tell, there is no way to toggle it from the Action Center. But you can turn it on and off, and set automatic hours in Cortana's notebook.

Exactly. I'm hoping someone has a fix for it, but I don't get any SMS notifications except through the Live Tile. That's a deal breaker. But besides that I could use it as a daily driver too.

I'm getting the constant "Loading" screen as well. I wish I could go to Settings and do a hard reset, but when I hit Settings in the Action Center, it just goes back to Loading...

It depends upon several factors for me. Most notably, how do I like Windows 10? How does it operate on my Icon? How much better is the "flagship" than my Icon? Are developers still ignoring Windows 10's universal apps? Is the ecosystem better with Windows 10? Lots of questions to be asked before...
