Restored to factory setting, and now I dont have Black?

I need some help here. I reset my Lumia 928 to factory settings, after backing up everything, and when it finished I had all my apps and theme and everything, but I'm missing some Black/Amber? features. No Glance screen was my frist clue. Display was back with Touch in the settings. A few other things. Anyways, I tryied going to Phone Update, and its saying that my phone is up to date. No way.

Anybody have this happen?

Download sysapp pusher, update all nokia system apps using it, you'll have the features again

download phone system updater... from that update all your nokia , glance touch and all apps..

You can use Lumia Black app to download all the updates.
