I've converted three people: a coworker, a coach, and a friend. But after using WP since early 2011, I'm thinking of switching to the iphone. I love WP and believe it's by far the best OS, but whenever an app comes out that I could actually use, it seems it's never available on WP.

People are constantly telling me they can't hear me when I'm talking. It happens with bluetooth too. Any of you experiencing the same thing?

Have any of you experienced problems with the 820 detecting Bluetooth devices? I experienced problems with a SoundID unit and now a Plantronics Voyager. I turn on the unit, get to the Bluetooth area on the phone, wait for it to detect, and nothing. It gets stuck on "Searching..." even though the...

Got it replaced. I was lucky, because the warranty only covers software. Normally i would have had to go to a Microsoft store for any hardware-related issues, but they let this one slide.

What exactly is Nokia Care? I went to the AT&T store today and the guy there didn't seem to know anything about it.

Thanks for the info. Didn't know about the Nokia Care option; I'll have to see if one is nearby. If I do get a new phone, it'll be another 820. Been with Windows Phone since it came out and am definitely sticking with the platform. iPhone is boring and Android is still a miserable overall...

Looks like the little amber contact plate that goes on top of the button has broken off. Time to replace the phone. Can any of you recommend any utilities for backing up apps for transfer to a new phone? Thanks in advance.
