Not so in my case. Battery Saver still has the tick-box for 'allow this app to run in the background even when Battery Saver is on', as well as 'Allow app to run in the background Switch.

Likewise on my Lumia 930. Perhaps it's yet more compatibility updates prior to the W10M install (next week?).

Hi Peeps, I've just received an update for Cortana on my unbranded, unlocked, Nokia Lumia 930. It required a restart. As yet I've not noticed any changes but... In addition Line was updated as well. Has anyone else seen these? Is this more preparation for W10P perhaps :) Cheers, Nick C.

Indeed, the Recovery Tool worked for my Vodafone UK HTC 8X. Clean as a whistle. Silly really as I've just bought a Lumia 930 cheap. I'll be passing the HTC on to a loved one I expect. 😊
