    I went to Best Buy and it worked fine on a HP monitor. Bought two new monitors. Working fine now.

    Surface Pro 3 External Monitor not connecting

    I have a Surface Pro 3, a Dell ST2420L monitor, a docking station, a HDMI cable and a Microsoft SP3 mini display port to HDMI adapter. There is no way I can get the monitor to work on the Surface or the docking station even after 2 hours with Surface support. Solved
