TBH, I sometimes have problems with my sound as well. I want to play some music, but the playback (even without earphones), is barely audible, and the volume control doesn't affect it in the slightest. When that happens, I just turn off my phone and back on :-P

Hi guys Is it just me or is EE-umbrella network patchy at best? I have the Lumia 920, and for the majority of time I have no signal on my phone. It started a few weeks ago, and now it is becoming a nuisance as I am missing important calls (yet cold callers still seem to get through :-/)...

Are you using headphones? Are they pushed in fully? I've noticed there is a slight amount of force needed for my Lumia 920.

I simply return the item if it is faulty, regardless of country of origin (for instance UK-US); if you bought it on holiday, then there shouldn't be an issue.
