I want to let people view MP4 videos that I have stored on Onedrive but I don't want them to be able to download the video files. Is there a way this can be avoided or disabled? thank you

I've been using 6Tag on my Nokia 720 Windows Phone and uploading Video onto Instagram. The Videos play back fine in the 6Tag application on my phone, but when I browse Instagram on Google Chrome ere at home the Audio is out of Sync! However when I use Internet Explorer 9 the Audio sync issue...
