How do I fix audio sync on Instagram videos?

I've been using 6Tag on my Nokia 720 Windows Phone and uploading Video onto Instagram.
The Videos play back fine in the 6Tag application on my phone, but when I browse Instagram on Google Chrome ere at home the Audio is out of Sync!

However when I use Internet Explorer 9 the Audio sync issue isn't anywhere near as bad!

BUT, i also Share the videos from Instagram to Facebook and no matter what browser or application I use to view them on facebook the audio sync is way out of whack!

Please help i'd love this fixed! But I can't determine where the issue lies
