Probably a bit late now, considering 16299 may already resolve it. I also experienced a few tiles disappearing. When it did, I would change from tablet mode to desktop mode, and back again. This restored the tiles.

Windows 10 build 15063.332 - the "location" constantly on problem still exists after sleep and wake. Good thing is, the Action Centre does not trigger the problem anymore.

Same behaviour on Surface 3. I believe this is the cause of the excessive battery drain I've been experiencing since updating to 15063.xx. Even tried a "refreshed installation" only to the experience the same "bug".
