I have a Rogers Lumia 920 phone with windows 8.1 on it. I have not yet Unlocked the phone, so there is no SIM card in it. -Start Screen background not showing -Lock Screen background not showing. have tried multiple times with soft resets and changing the backgrounds.

This has been hapening for the past 3-5 emails spanning a few weeks. Oddly enough it only happens when replying to emails my ex sends me, so maybe it grew a sense of humour? Even so, it's quite annoying.
