I have a Lumia 920. I upgraded to Windows Phone 8.1 last night. THis phone was on the Rogers network, I unlocked it to let me use my Telus SIM.
I cannot change background images, or lock screen images. I get no error, and the phone shows that "it worked". All my tiles are:
Black with the Theme colour border, or if I use a whitebackground, the tiles are pure black, with white text.
I look at other screen shots of people's icons having different colours etc, and mine are all black/white.
Thoughts?
