It depends on what you're doing. If you're using it with the screen on for hours and hours, your battery life is going to suck.

I've had it happen on my Focus Flash now and again.

It would be impossible to see them without downloading them.

If you minimize an app and go to the home menu and reopen it, it'll refresh. If you load if from the task manager (holding down the back button), it'll be where you left it.

Maybe something with it leaving a copy of the email on the account and redownloading it again?

I've also had that happen on an Android phone and a BlackBerry phone and reboots always fixed it. Never knew what the reason was.

Your tabs load in the task manager, so just hold down the back button and all the tabs will show up and you can close whatever. And apps only reload if you open them by clicking on them from the home screen. They're in the same state you left them if you use the task manager. Or am I...

Just jump on AT&T chat and have them activate it when you get it. I'm unlimited and I've never had a problem changing phones and SIMs.
