Thank you for your replay. Did you install the new Edge manually or did you get it as part of a system update? I got the impression that the new Edge was replacing the old one in the 2004 update of Windows.

I really think the Surface Go will suit me perfectly. I want a new tablet to complement my Surface Book and my stationary PC. I have considered the Surface Pro 4 but that is too expensive. And it's also the size. I would prefer a 10" device as my tablet. It does not fit in between a tablet...

I would not say that is normal but I feel that the behavior of the tablet when detaching and attaching is still a bit random. I experience some minor glitches now and then. I still don't feel confident that it will work when i detach the tablet on my device (I'm talking Surface Book first gen)...

Maybe you can preserve the creation dates and modified dates when copying? These links seems to suggest that it is possible. Either with the ordinary copy command or something called robocopy which is both available through the command line (or powershell)...

I would like to see som reviews, tests and benchmarks before I decide. I would also like to try it out my self to the a feel for it. Regardless I'm also holding out for the LTE version.

I'm really interested in the Surface Go as a secondary device to be used when I go to conferences or travel in general. With a device like this I can stay in the Microsoft Ecosystem with OneDrive and have access to all my files. I also think of it as a replacement for my old Sony Xperia Z...
