i get an error 0x80200059 when i try to download win10TP Build 10149 to my secondary phone. i am connected to mobile hotspot in my primary phone. i also get 0x80240059 error occassionally. i hav tried almost everything short of the recovery tool. please help ASAP. cant wait to try out 10149

no it doesn't.. most apps do not have that feature. TileArt is one of the first.

there are other apps that can do this but you'll have to split and save your pngs manually (using photoshop .etc).. its not going to be a smooth ride but it can be done. and as to which apps to use, I'm not sure, most of the free ones I tried either didn't support png or couldn't scale the...

those "static images" give you a cool start screen... don't you think its worth allotting space for?

you should use images with the .png files which have transparency in them. then you can see the start background through the transparent areas in the tiles

just try it out before you judge. try searching for TileArtGuy, he has some awesome samples on his blog
