0x80200059 error when updating to 10149 from 10080

i get an error 0x80200059 when i try to download win10TP Build 10149 to my secondary phone. i am connected to mobile hotspot in my primary phone. i also get 0x80240059 error occassionally. i hav tried almost everything short of the recovery tool. please help ASAP. cant wait to try out 10149
