Almost the same on my L930 with 1709. After an hard reset, all XAP apps no longer work... Weird because I tested the hard reset on my 930 just after the upgrade to 1709 (spoofing a 950). It worked perfectly a this time ! I suspect the last fixes are not suitable for NON supported device for 1709...

I red elsewhere this trick : first unactivate positioning, second run waze, third activate positioning. Hope this one will (reall)help...

Hi, I solve this by creating a true account : - create your own account (from a PC) - uninstall waze - reinstall waze - enter your (new) id Hope this help.

The battery life depends obviously on the combinaison of 3 parts: the Device, The OS and the usage (apps used). I tried several months ago to upgrade my L930 to W10M "Anniversary Update". But reverted back quickly to WP8.1 because of the high battery consumption. After reading several posts...

Hi, Have you tried ? I'm interested as well, my Lumia 930 is getting older and older, its battery weaker and weaker. AliExpress sell MANY batteries for Lumia 930 but I dont trust them a lot...

Do NOT upgrade to W10M. I did it on my Lumia 930 (icon). It became laggy (snapdragon 800!!!) and unstable (FCU, 1709). W10M is a mess, a disaster. WP8.1 is a TRUE mobile OS. Oldy but goody !!! I revert back to WP8.1. I'd just like to find the insigned XAP files of my favorites apps (for backup)...

+1. Do not upgrade to W10M !!! W10M is so laggy, so unstable ! Since I revert to WP8.1, my Lumia is fluid, stable... I reinstalled all needed oldies but goodies apps (Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Feedlabs, AppRadio, TripAdvisor, Moovit, SpeedTrap, Bing Translation, Waze, Soundhound, Subway surfer...

They change so many time their mind and do so many mistakes (no backward compatibility among others disasters). I'm afraid they havent so much option at the end. I think PWA was the only possible solution. So, in my opinion, I'd continue to developp agressively EDGE for a perfect and outstanding...

It's ok for my Lumia 930 (FCU 1709), update completed successfully. Now, I notice some UI differences in the "Applications Store" app. Don't you?

Why not but what will happened when MS will close their "Application Store" servers ??? Let's assume you need to reset your beautiful Lumia, what happened after ? No Server, no update, the apps you get after a Reset are VERY old and obsolete ... I think 2020 will be the end.
