Had the mic issue too. Because of have no bill I bought an upper mic/headset jack spare module and changed it. Now it works fine. Interesting than Nokia never heard about this hardware issue :-)

I have a new camera modul and pictures are sharp in auto focus and selected focus (infinity). My first camera had problem to find the sharpest point in autofocus. Most pictures came out unsharp. Had the same issue. It is a defect upper microphone/Headset jack module. I changed it by myself with a spare part for 15 Euro. Now everything work fine.

Can't believe that the camera modul uses plastic lenses. Maybe the protection glass in the housing.

If Nokia would care for my oppinion, I would suggest to implement a HDR function in photo and video. And I would like to have a more responsive camera and a real 120 fps video recording option. Thats all

Hello, had the same issue and recognised that in video recording only the right canal had sound. The upper microphone was without function and after changed it everthing work as expected. Maybe Nokia has an qualitiy issue with the microphone/headset jack modul.

I am not sure about the reason for the blurred pictures I got out of my Nokia 1020, but after repair it works fine. I tried to find out what was going on with camera. It auto-focusses to the sharpest point and than back to blurry. Strange! As I tried manual focus in Nokia Pro camera I wonder why...
