Video recording with only one channel sound

Hello, while I was editing a video from my Lumia 1020 in Final Cut X, I found than phone recording audio only in right channel. Left channel source is totally quiet. When I try to record video via default WP Camera app, there is no sound at all. In Nokia Camera there is a sound, but only for right channel. I've tried hard reset, but with no sucess. Is it a hardware problem or do you have any ideas how to fix this?

This sound more like an hardware issue than software.

However check if you got any updates for the device.

Had the same issue. It is a defect upper microphone/Headset jack module. I changed it by myself with a spare part for 15 Euro. Now everything work fine.
