I was wondering the same thing some time ago. I'm guessing Microsoft account in this case just means the local device. In any case, you must select "Outlook(Mail and Calendar)" if you want it your contacts to sync to people.live.com and other W10 devices.

Perhaps you should try NOT restoring from a backup. Maybe the problem is caused by an app and not the OS or the device itself?

With the latest updates to either Outlook or the OS, the action center is no longer in sync with the app: new mails remain forever in the action center, long after they have been read or even deleted. I now have to manually clear them from the action center. Same thing with SMS messages...

In the evening I would leave my phone on the charger, seemingly everything ok, only to find that in morning the phone did not charge at all and was at 60% even though it was at 100% before...

Care to post links to those feedbacks? Because the feedback hub app is useless since it will automatically filter things based on your region (or language or whatever).

I have a Lumia 950 that I bought in June. I have never installed any insider builds on it. Yesterday I upgraded it to the AU. Today, I found out my band's battery had drained after more or less 14 hours of use. This is dramatically less than what I had the days and weeks before. It is high time...
