Yes, my collection synced as well....the issue is when you want to access a new song from the Store. There seems to be no way to stream it or download it; one can only purchase it. At least that the way it seem to be working for me. And that's a problem.

Please explain. Cause I certainly can't stream or download after I went to the windows 10 technical preview. Only purchase, like the original poster said. I don't think there is a fix yet...if so please explain what it is. Thanks!

I had this same problem and after much research I ran across a line on a support page that said that you have to subscribe to the podcast series to be able to download individual episodes. Otherwise you can only stream it. This is different than in 8.0, I'm almost certain.

I had the same problem, did a ton of research on it, even called nokia/msft support (and was told they don't support 8.1 yet). Finally I ran across a one sentence explanation on some support page that said essentially that one must subscribe to a podcast series to be able to download individual...
