Non-system apps will just stop getting push notifications randomly. A reboot fixes it for a while. Don't days it doesn't happen and other days it happens multiple times. I am on insider preview, but I rolled back to 8.1 temporarily and it didn't fix it. I have a Lumia 640.

How did you join the vector watch beta? I just got my watch and I learned calendar events aren't supported on WM10 and I don't see sleep tracking anywhere. Also, there is no info online aside from contacting their support directly. Hope you updated to .71 or .107 successfully by now.

I have the same problem with a 640 on insider preview. It started out as only a few apps, then a couple of system apps, now I'm being told the phone is low on storage when I have a couple of gigs to spare and nothing will update. I'd like to avoid hard resetting all the time too.
