Does the Band have Smart Alarm?

So it has some kind of alarms and sleep tracking, but does it have a "smart alarm" i.e. waking me up at the best time (within preset interval) based on my sleep cycle? Maybe use phone integration to trigger alarm on the phone if Band's vibration is too weak for this? As an example, see Sony SmartBand. For those that never heard of it, you basically say " I want to wake up between 6:00 and 6:30" and the band chooses the best time when to do it so you feel refreshed and not sleepy through the whole day

It doesn't yet, but I would be surprised if someone doesn't write some sort of app once they open this up to developers.
