Odd change in band behavior when charging

Typically when the band is charging pressing the power button cycles through three modes, On, off, and then a clock mode that shows charge as a percentage (not tons of fidelity, but it would show 80 vs. 100%). Today when I charged it doesn't have the third mode when plugged in. Just on or off. It is hard to identify when fully charged just by looking at the bar. Not sure why they took away the other mode.

I'd question if it's really charging. You didn't mention anything that might cause a change in behavior (like a firmware update).
