Band 2 - why is it only replying to one person in a group SMS/text message?

Band 2 - Only replying to one person in a group SMS/text message

My WP8.1 is set-up for group replies, and works just fine. Replying to a group message, via Band 2, only replies to the sender from that group.

I've looked all over for a setting for this, but am coming-up short. Any ideas?
