Why can't I receive/send calls and text?

cant receive/send calls and text

If I leave the phone alone for a few hours, I stop receiving/sending calls and text. also signal bars remain intact. people who calls me at that time ask me that y your cell was OFF. kindly look into this. device is lumia 430 win10.
