That means it does not change the phone's focus/no auto focus/manual focus.

On-topic: Wow... this is horrible. Can anyone confirm whether its EDoF or not? Wow... just wow. ==

I don't think that camera is EDoF, because Nokia had only 8MP fixed focus EDoF cameras ;) I think they take Asha 300 camera module.

was about to tell the same my brother got the 530 just got dissapointed, manual focus do not exist because the minimal focus is 60 centimeters and even can not get lumia refocus in the 530, just got disappointed, side by side with the 520 looks like microsoft and or nokia set back instead of get better got worst but the good is the processor kicked in speed the 530 with their 4 core 1.2 GHZ got in system 555 points in basemark versus 435 points in lumia 820 1.5ghz 2cores , there i can tell is a good entry level the 530 but expect more or are jumping from the 520 would will rather set back and stay with the 520

just got disappointed of the 530, my mom and my sister have the 520 and just i find that should been better the 30s series

The 630 is a better option if looking for something to upgrade the 520.
The 530 entered the market at an even lower price than the 520 and is supposed to push the price floor lower, not to be better than the 520.
Look to the 630 as the successor.
