Previously brought lumia 520 and send it directly to workshop before able to use phone. Just brought lumia 530 and also directly sent it to workshop and still wondering whether the phone is servicable? The next time I decide to purchase a microsoft phone again can microsoft send it directly to a workshop and I will collect it there.

Those are not Microsoft phones but Nokia phones. Also all manufacturers have defects it's a fact of mass manufacturing.

As well you haven't stated what the issues were or if they were a serious as your making them out to be.
