Interested in this, can a 535 owner answer some questions for me?

I'm quite interested in trying out the first Microsoft-branded phone... and from a performance standpoint, it doesn't look like it's that much worse than the Lumia 830 I have now. I'd lose glance (which I never use), NFC (which I prefer disabled anyway) and LTE... but I think I can live without them.

With that said, I do want to know a couple things.
1) How is the build quality compared to the Lumia 635? That phone has a very solid feel to it, can the same be said about this?

2) Install this game's demo: Sword of Rapier ...does it take up the whole screen or is it letterboxed?

3) Install this app: Facebook Metro ...does it take up the whole screen or is it letterboxed?

I have one and the build quality is not as good as the 635, but still perfectly fine

Well, from a performance standpoint the SD400 really isn't worlds better than the SD200... but the lower resolution will result in less of my apps being letterboxed.

Oh and there's also the whole issue about Chaos Rings simply not working on 720p/1080p screens.

Yes it has. I've got two of these and both have them. Doesn't work very well, though. You better lock/unlock using the power button.
