I had a hard reset fail on my Lumia 535, what should I do?

lumia 535 reset fail

i had installed windows 10 tech preview but it locked my phone i.e. my phone wouldnt unlock even after putting in the correct pin. i decided to hard reset by switching my phn off etc. but the hard reset itself failed and the phone showed me ":-(" i tried restarting but same happens everytime....please help!!!!!

I got the ":-(" sign too trying to install the 10136 update. I tried several solutions, nothing worked. So i flashed the default ROM. But try these steps first:

Solution 1. Lumia software recovery tool
Solution 2. Hold "volume down + power" until the phone vibrates. As soon as it vibrates, let go of the power button only.
