Why you shouldn't worry if your phone is not on the official Windows 10 upgrade list | Windows Central
This should explain things.
Don't forget W10M is finished yet and isn't really recommended for daily use phones.

I tried yesterday but it's not success, my phone's screen go black and i can not see any thing beside battery network and narrative key icons, how to fix this problems?

A couple of questions for you.
a) Are you signed up to Windows Insider?
b) Are you on wifi?
c) Is your battery charged?

After update unsuccessful when i restart my phone it appear "Not for resale", what is this problem?

Nora008, you do realize that W10 Mobile is yet far from a finished product, right?

If you install W10M now, that means you're interested in giving MS feedback. You'll find many apps that don't work, crash, or are slow or lag. If you're just looking for something new but need your device to be reliable, you shouldn't be installing W10M yet.

If you install it, don't come complaining about it not being completely reliable. It's not supposed to be.
