Sync with Macbook NOT working

HI Guys,
How do i sync my music and movies from my macbook to my 640 XL?
I have tried everything but nothing works.

1st option, connect phone to Mac:
You'd first need to find drivers for the phone for your Mac. Even then, iTunes only works with Apple devices only. So syncing through iTunes is out the window.

2nd option, copy from Mac to SD card:
Put your SD card into a USB reader and connect to your Mac. Now it acts as a flash drive. Depending on how you formatted your SD card (exFAT is best since it's cross-platform), the Mac can write to the SD card. I do not have a Mac to test out. You can copy/paste all of your stuff to the SD card. If they are DRM, then you'll have to find some media app that are DRM agnostic. GL!


EDIT:
3rd option, download from online:
On your Mac, upload to an online storage account. Then download them from your phone. But takes a very long time. Option 2 is best IMO.
