Lumia 640 restart

Help, new 640, random resets. Have tried soft and hard resets, no change. Without restore, new config, problem still exists. Appears to occur most often when accessing messaging. Does not appear to be hardware, really acts like software. Tried stop/restart app , no difference.

if you tries all that ..its most likely hardware. If you have an SD card take it out and do a hard reset...see if it goes away then add card back in

Appears to be SD card, has been good with card removed, very unstable with card installed. Anyone else having this issue?? *** three different SD cards exhibit same problem...

both my wife and i use a 640 with an sd card, no problems here.

I have a 640 with SD card, and this has happened twice in the last few days, but I've been fine for weeks. Nothing big.
