Why is my Lumia 640 restarting?

Lumia 640 restarting

updated lumia 640 to build 14295 it now just constantly restarts I've factory reset 5 times to no avail windows recovery keeps saying its failing to reinstall software try restarting and try again this is a doosy can anybody help

Why would you hard reset 5 times if the first one yielded no results? but oh well.. Try the Nokia Software Recovery Tool yet?
