WhatsApp does not work on my Lumia 950.

After several weeks without whatsapp working, I run the recovery tool to reinstall the original software on my Lumia 950. I waited for the automatic upgrades to the latest versions and then I checked that my account was properly written with all the details correctly inserted. Then I upgraded whatsapp to the most recent version. I also put my sim card into another windows phone (Lumia 650) and whats app worked properly. Unfortunately whatsapp is not working yet on my Lumia 950. Can anybody help me? I would really appreciate having back my whats app working.

Is the phone set to install new apps to the SD? Perhaps change that. Also try reinstalling whatsapp without restoring a backup.
