<Just checked this, no luck for the Dual SIM version here in the US. Maybe someone else has some luck here in the states.
Nope, I am on ATT.

Thanks for checking. Well at least my 950 XL doesn't have all the issues others have been experiencing. *knocks on wood*

Here is hoping it comes before Christmas!

Guys, it's NOT location based. If you are an Insider, you won't get it. Whether this is deliberate or a fail on Microsoft's part, this is how it is.

If you want the firmware update, you can get it using the recovery tool. But it will also downgrade you to .11 build, so you will need to run updates again. And you'll need to backup first then restore after.

Yeah, someone in this very topic. I also recall seeing someone in Australia with a 950 from Optus who also got the update while being on .36.

Edit : This topic on the Microsoft community site.

It's nothing to do with being on .36 build. It's if you are enrolled in the Insider program on your device.

I have yet to see anyone on the Insider program get the update.

My 950 is complete but i first did the firmware update with windows recovery tool and then got the build update with insider program.
Seems good now except when taking video screen freezes sometimes which didnt happen before firmware update.

The 36 build was insider only so if someone with 36 got update, they are insider or quit insider.

Because I still have this stupid problem with WiFi that I can't connect to, I am not sure are my os build and Firmware numbers as they should or are they outdated:

OS build: 10.0.10586.0
Firmware revision number: 01078.00027.15506.02020

And if those numbers are not up to date, what should I do to try update it.

I am not expert in this so sorry if I ask sutpid questions

The firmware is up to date but not the OS, you can try to do a hard reset and then check for updates or still waiting for the update to appear.
